500 g. chicken fillet, cut into bite pieces
¼ c white wine
1 Tbsp. sesame oil or olive oil
2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. salt

Mix well the chicken pieces and all the seasonings.
Refrigerate over night and an hour or so before the party thread marinated chicken pieces onto a bamboo skewer alternately with scallions and pineapple chunks.
Cook under a preheated grill for 7-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
This can be cook on a hot barbeque grill.
Serve hot or cold with rice or noodles.
