½ kg. Ground beef
½ kg. ground pork
3 eggs beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
¼ c. onion, minced
1 T. salt
1 t. black pepper
1 T. beef stock powder
½ t. dried sage
1 c. raisins
1 can Vienna sausage, slice into long strips
1 carrot, cut thinly into strips

You can use a loaf baking pan or an oblong oven proof dish.
Combine all the ingredients except the sausage and the carrots and mix well.
Alternately layered the mixed ingredients, carrots and the sausage in a baking pan or in an oven proof dish.
Cover with a tin foil and bake at 350 deg. F for 1 ½ - 2 hours depending on the hotness of your oven.
Drain excess fat or juice and serve hot or cold with ketchup on your bread or rice.
You can add boiled eggs, pickles, relish etc.
