Chicken Pieces in Beans

1 kg. Chicken pieces
Iodized salt & pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
1 c. plain flour
2 pcs. Garlic, crushed
1 med. Size onions, sliced
1 pc. Chicken broth cubes or 1 Tbsp. chicken stock powder
1 tin Pork & beans or baked beans
1 ½ c. water
2 c. slice cabbage
2 med. Size potatoes, sliced

Season chicken pieces with salt & pepper. Dredge on flour & fry until golden brown and set aside.
In a wok sauté garlic & onions, add pork & beans, water, chicken broth cubes and fried chicken pieces. Bring to boil for a few minutes, cover and simmer.
Add potatoes and stir occasionally, add cabbage and continue cooking until chicken is cook right through. Season to taste.

You can replace cabbage with any fresh or frozen vegetables.
